✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Please Note: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Swimwear
  • Accessories

🔄 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Await approval and instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service.

Please Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

If you receive an incorrect or defective item:
